The ASCJ executive committee is pleased to announce the commencement of "Early Bird" registration for this year's conference. The link is:

Please note that all presenters and participants whose names are to appear on the program should complete registration and payment by April 17, 2026.

 

Early bird registration offers a substantial fee reduction. From April 18  to June 12, the registration fee will revert to the regular rate. Undergraduates may attend the conference free of charge but are still required to register, and are responsible for the reception fee if they intend to join the reception. Note that all students must present ID for verification purposes.

ASCJ Registration Schedule and Fees

• Early Bird (Feb. 20-Apr. 17): ¥7,000 (General) | ¥1,000 (Graduate Student)
• Regular (Apr. 18-Jun. 12): ¥8,000 (General) | ¥1,500 (Graduate Student)
• Onsite (Jul. 4-5): ¥9,000 (General) | ¥1,500 (Graduate Student)
• Reception (Jul. 4): ¥3,000 (General) | ¥2,000 (Student)
