Lakeland University Japan will host the 8th Annual Conference on Global Higher Education on June 4th at Lakeland's new Ryogoku campus.

There will be panels of short presentations throughout the day on a variety of topics related to Japanese higher education, study abroad, global citizenship, education in the COVID-era,and more.

The theme of this year's conference is "Anticipating a New Era"

The event will feature 9 panels of in-person presenters, as well as 5 Zoom-based panels running concurrently (in-person attendees are welcome to watch the online panels, as they will be hosted in a conference room; online panels will also be viewable on Zoom for on-line conference attendees) We will be joined by presenters from all over Japan as well as, via Zoom, presenters in China, the US, the Czech Republic, Mongolia, and Bangladesh.
