The session will also include an overview of recent key developments in each jurisdiction, including enforcements, regulatory guidance and ongoing legislative reforms. From a global perspective, the session will consider the impacts of the Biden administration, the post-Brexit world, and the ongoing US-China and Australia-China tensions.
