*The Basic series (Thursday nights)* will overview many practical skills to
be an effective organizations volunteer, staff member or manager. This
series relies heavily on sharing good practices, templates and group

Target audience: experienced or not, useful for new volunteers, students,

*The Social Impact in Action Series (Sat mornings)* goes in more depth,
aiming for each person to leave each session with a concrete tool that can
be adapted for their organization. This series relies heavily on
individuals working in groups to work on a specific "outcome" or "product"
" (such as a presentation or grant proposal).
Target audience: Useful for experienced volunteers or nonprofit staff,
anyone who has taken at least 4 of the previous sessions is encouraged to
to join this series.
