<Recent Updates>
"TUJ marked a record high summer enrollment in 2020 despite COVID-19"

Despite the global pandemic, TUJ marked a record high 1,002 undergraduate students for the summer semester (May-August 2020). TUJ navigated a smooth transition to online classes, offered TUJ special scholarships and other financial support, and provided assistance to non-Japanese students who stayed in Japan instead of returning to their home countries. Classes became fully online in March, which also accommodated those students who had to go back to their countries to continue studying.

"Some Face-to-face Classes Resumed in Fall Semester"

With a phased opening of the campus, TUJ has resumed around 20% of of its classes in a face-to-face format for the fall semester, which started from August 31. Other classes continue to be held online. TUJ will adopt necessary measures in response to changes in the pandemic situation.
