In our site, we have been developing a platform dedicated to collaboration in the social sciences, called social-issues.org. In this online community, we have integrated a fully-fledged and flexible computer-based assessment system, called TAO (the French acronym for "Testing Assisté par Ordinateur, or Computer-Assisted Testing). TAO has been selected and used for both governmental (Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, and soon the USA) and intergovernmental (OECD including Japan) sponsored assessments, which recently went computer-based for the first time. Our site also has eLaboratories to conduct eResearch.

In our site, we posted Hirose Takashi´s comments, which I think are worthwhile to watch. When it was posted on March 17 at 10:00PM in West-European Time Zone, there were about 464 views on the YouTube page. Today there are 920,209 views.
