Although you've probably already remembered, but just in case. Off the top of my head, the only book that comes to mind is Tim Weiner's Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA. If memory serves, it had a chapter on the CIA and Kodama Yoshio. Maybe there is something in his bibliography?
