Posted Date: 1995/10/23
ESSEX '96 4th INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL SCIENCE METHODOLOGY CONFERENCE 1-5 July 1996,
Institute for the Social Sciences, Colchester, UK
[Excerpts from the Second Announcement: Call for Papers and Registration]
Essex'96 is designed to provide a forum for discussing current research on
methodological issues in the social sciences. This is the fourth in a series of
conferences (Amsterdam '84, Dubrovnik '86 and Trento '92) which has become the
major colloquium on Social Science Methodology. Essex '96 is intended to
maintain and build on this tradition. The conference programme will include a
daily plenary lecture, contributed papers in thematic sessions, software
demonstrations and a publishers' exhibition. Because we expect a heavy demand
for places at the conference, we advise you to register quickly. If you intend
to offer a paper, it is vital that you submit an abstract as soon as possible.
