Dear SSJ-FORUM Members,

This is a short note to announce a few changes to the list. I will not be
moderating this list from tomorrow, as I leave October 5 to affiliate with the
Australia-Japan Research Centre in Canberra. Jonathan Lewis, Research Associate
at the Institute of Social Science and Co-Moderator of SSJ-FORUM, will take over
on-hand moderating.

In this shift to a moderating team, members will receive messages in a slightly
different form. Messages will no longer be sent from my account, and will thus
not include my name as sender. Rather, the sender will be "ssj-forum-moderator"
(or "ssjmod").

It has been a pleasure to work on this project, along with Jonathan and
Professor Hiwatari. The list has currently about 430 members worldwide, and has
seen numerous interesting debates on issues within political science and
political economy analyses of Japan.
