Political Leadership, ed Tsurutani (1992). There is some comparative element to
this book. It includes both British and Japanese PM. It discusses leadership
style as well as their limitations to power as a result of culture and the
configuration of interest groups. Also, mentions why it is difficult for the
Japanese PM to stand out.
