Although I cannot directly answer your question, the best way to find out is to
call Prof. HIROSE Katuya at Hosei University in Tokyo, who is the Secretary
General of the Japanese Association of Peace Studies. The Association
headquarters, to the best of my knowledge, is still located at Hosei. But I'm
afraid I don't have Prof HIROSE's phone # or e-mail address with me.
