The judicialization of behavior shapes both public policies and worldviews in response to global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, labor dynamics, and growing inequality.

The discussion will critically address accusations of self-righteousness and double standards by developed countries, situating these debates within the broader international order and exploring comparative perspectives to resolve these dilemmas.
