Lipscy, chair in Japanese Politics and Global Affairs and director of the Centre for the Study of Global Japan at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, and Tobias Harris, senior fellow for Asia at the Center for American Progress, and a leading expert in Japanese politics, discuss the legacy of Japan's longest serving Prime Minister, Shinzō Abe, the upcoming election and the future of Japanese politics.
