[SSJ: 11822] Meiji Gakuin University´s Department of Transcultural Studies 10 Anniversary Symposium, May 15th

The Department of Global and Transcultural Studies at Meiji Gakuin University, where I teach, is holding a 10th Anniversary Symposium on May 15th to celebrate our department´s founding: "THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME: Global Prospects for the Coming Decade." Muhammad Yunus, the 2006 Nobel Peace Laureate will be the keynote speaker. It will feature panels on "Prospects for Japan," "Peace and Security," a panel on "Renewable Energy/Environment" that I will chair, and a careers panel of our alumni.

It will be a hybrid event, so you can attend in person at our campus in Yokohama or online. For the program and registration, please see below. I hope to see you there.
