To commemorate its seventieth anniversary in 2022, I-House has launched a webinar series in partnership with the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation. The series consists of five webinars on global issues featuring winners of the Magsaysay Award as speakers. The awardees, who are active globally but may not be very well known in Japan, will offer hints on ways to build a better world for all.

*About the Ramon Magsaysay Award *
The Ramon Magsaysay Award is given to individuals and organizations working tirelessly in selfless service to the people of Asia. Among those who have been bestowed the award over the years include such renowned leaders as Mother Teresa, Muhammad Yunus, and the 14th Dalai Lama. Other lesser-known recipients have worked just as tirelessly to offer solutions to some of the most intractable problems confronting humankind. Among the Japanese recipients include Sadako Ogata, Tetsu Nakamura, and Shigeharu Matsumoto.
