This time, we invite CCRC's Senior Fellow, Mike Nelson, to give us the keynote speech on the theme - The Future of Cyber Civilization. He is also the Senior Fellow in the Technology and International Affairs Program at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace <https://carnegieendowment.org/experts/1779>. He has a strong set of interdisciplinary expertise in the future of the internet, cyber-policy, technology policy, and innovation policy with rich experiences across different industries, including business, academia, and government. After the keynote speech, he will join the high-level panel discussion with our executive team - David Farber, Jun Murai, and Jiro Kokuryo.

Last autumn, we circulated a call for abstracts on how we might design the new Cyber Civilization. We have received numerous outstanding abstracts across various disciplines and contributors from different regions of the world. We have selected ten abstracts that will be presented during the event. The papers are categorized into three major themes: /(1) Governance of the Cyberspace; (2) Health data with trust & (3) Architecture for trust. /All the papers discuss significant issues that we should be considered in constructing the new technological and societal system architectures. We look forward to their presentations and new insights into the discussion.
