We are very sorry to have to announce, due to ill health (but not Covid) of David H. Slater, the organizer of the talk series and one of the speakers for the event, we are cancelling the talk "The Whole Block Goes Down: Refugees in Japan's detention centers during the pandemic" scheduled on Nov. 18th.
I hope we will be able to reschedule it soon.
