Dear colleagues,

The Institute of Asian Migrations, Waseda University is proud to be hosting a mini-symposium on "Intra-regional migration, gender and the care economy: policies, institutions and organizational actors".

On Tuesday November 5th, three guests lecturers (Prof. Ito Peng from the University of Toronto, Prof. Pei-Chia Lan from the National Taiwan University, and Prof. Nicola Piper from the University of Sydney) will share about their researches on the interrelations between gender and migration in the context of the care industry.
