**REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration starts from June 1, 2019
Space is limited and thus registration is on a 'first-come, first-service' basis.
Registration is required if you are not presenting any paper but wish to attend the conference.
You can register at the conference venue on August 2 if space is still available.
But to secure your registration, we suggest that you register in advance by sending an email to the Administrator at seaa.tokyo.2019@gmail.com <mailto:seaa.tokyo.2019@gmail.com> with the following details:

Registration fees:
For presenters: Students: 8,000 yen, Professionals: 12,000 yen
For non-presenters students: Conference 2,000 yen, Reception 4,000 yen
for non-presenting professionals: Conference 4,000 yen, Reception 6,000 yen
Registration fees are payable at the conference venue on August 2, 2019 in yen in cash. We cannot accept any other currency.
