[SSJ: 10342] Re: LDP Presidential Election

What I understand is:



There is a total of 810 votes: 405 LDP parliamentarians; 405 from LDP's prefectural rank and file members (calculated based on some form of PR). The prefectural votes are collected and placed in a sealed box and delivered to the HQ a day prior to the vote by parliamentarians. I believe voting is secret, although of course most factions have already announced who they are going to vote for.
