Hi everyone -
Sorry for the late response to this interesting discussion about the election, which I’ve been following with great interest.
The one question I have is about the Constitution. Does anyone know if Abe and his team plan to add a new article to the revision proposal stipulating that all future elections must coincide with nation-wide typhoons? Sorry, I don’t know much about where the LDP constitutional revision proposal stands at the moment. I assume that they can’t realistically propose that new opposition parties must score obvious, catastrophic “own goals” in future elections, so this would seem to be the next-best thing.
