Hokkaido University is holding a ceremony, including a public symposium titled "Japanese Pop Culture: A Window on Japan", on Friday 1 June to commemorate the opening of its Helsinki (European) Office in the campus of Helsinki University. The symposium is open to members of the public.
Academic colleagues and friends of the university who can be in Helsinki are warmly invited to attend.
