This is an interesting comment but it is certainly totally out of touch with the reality of "normal"
Japanese people who have to live in parts of Japan that are different from their place of origins.

Culture has little to do with nationality or with skin color, in case it was necessary to make that clear. We could argue that it is vaguely related to "ethnicity"
still, anthropologist are able to find half a dozen different family structures in countries with half the population of Japan so I wonder how the "Yamato" family would fare under their scrutiny...
