Speaking of "Cool Japan", I got quite a shock when in Manila recently and asked a few undergraduates there where they would like to study if given the chance...."Korea", they both said in unison. Why, I asked? "Because Korea is `cool`", they replied. Makes me wonder who really can use the term "cool" with accuracy? And to who does the term "cool" matter most?
