Job Duties:
1. coordination for APEN(Asia Professional Education
Network) community
2. editing and publishing The Bulletin
3. administrative work for holding seminars 4. Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
English proficiency (this job requires translating Japanese articles into English and publishing them on The Bulletin)

Preferred/Other Qualifications:
1. Masters or higher graduate degree acquired in a predominantly English-language educational environment; or can otherwise demonstrate similar or higher levels of English proficiency and academic capabilities 2. No age or nationality requirements or preferences

Position Type：
1. A contractor during FY2011
2. A civil servant (university employee) of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government from FY2012 (You shall be required to take and pass an examination in 2011.)
