[SSJ: 270] 3 on P-A Theory/Psychology

The idea that rat choice works best in highly structured situations makes good
sense and there have been many relative successes in areas such as electoral
systems. On the other hand, all of the experimental evidence comes from highly
structured situations and the experimental evidence is that rat choice is bad
psychology. When do rat choice predictions work and when do they not? It would
seem to be structural and not psychological.
