I conducted survey research in 1989, interviewing the top leaders of 51 unions,
and included several questions regarding work hour reduction policy.

jikan kisei gyosei wo tegakaritoshite" Kobe Hogaku Nenpo (Kobe University), Vol.
6 (1990).
