Point of information: I heard years ago that Michael Donnelly [Columbia Ph.D.;
U. of Toronto faculty] was doing a comparative study of the Japanese and
Canadian Prime Minister. Does anyone know if anything was published from that or
if he ever did it? Such research might add some perspective to the discussion on
the Japanese PM.
