Amidst the fragile world economy, Asia is still the world's growth region. To further strengthen economic competitiveness in Asia as well as to recover Japan from stagnate economic situation, there needs to be a new reform of economic coordination. Under the new Japanese prime minister, ASEAN-Japan economic relationship could be restructure to create mutual economic supports. The lecture wishes to recommend the reforms necessary for mutual economic benefits.

Utilizing our vast policy network, this Forum invites leaders from various fields including government, academia and business, as well as staff from our own faculty, to deliver lectures on current policy concerns.
