Mr. Peter Bradford, who served as a commissioner of the US NRC at the time of the Three Mile Island Incident, will deliver a speech at the Kanda campus of Senshu University at 6:30 PM on Thursday, September 20.

He will discuss regulation of nuclear power with reference to his experience during the TMI Incident, the importance of public disclosure of relevant information and other issues he confronted during four decades as a power regulator in U.S. state and federal governments and will respond to comments from
