The GRIPS Summer Program Committee is pleased to invite you to a Policy Workshop on International Cooperation.
The theme of the Workshop is: "Does Japan still matter?" There will be presentations by representatives of GRIPS and the embassies of four
countries: Australia, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Thailand. Embassy representatives will discuss major priorities and new directions in their bilateral relationships with Japan. The evolving role of GRIPS as a major Japanese think tank and international training center will also be discussed.

Note: The International Cooperation Workshop is part of the new GRIPS Summer Program. The Policy Workshop series is intended to be issue-based and interdisciplinary. This workshop, like most others in the Summer Program, has been organized by GRIPS graduate students. Current GRIPS students are promising midcareer government officials from 58 countries. GRIPS workshops provide opportunities for networking with these future leaders.
