In my last post, I mistakenly typed:


Japan should lower the capital gains tax on property (not just land) while lowering the capital gains tax.
This would raise revenue by raising investment and GDP.


I meant to type: lower the capital gains tax on property while raising the holding tax on property.
Sorry for the mistake.
