As someone who had no involvement in the dispute, I would very much appreciate being enlightened by Mr. Wolf or anyone else regarding the Kodak response to the Fuji statement. That said, the reason why Japan has not been able to enter into negotiations with the US has nothing to do with allegations regarding WTO-compliant non-tariff barriers and everything to do with agricultural products, most prominently rice. I don't think the Kan administration has the political gumption to jump on the TPP bandwagon, but I've been wrong before.
